高校辅导员职业倦怠成因分析及职业化建设对策探究——基于马斯洛需要层次理论视角

The Analysis of Causes to College Counselors’ Job Burnout and Countermeasures for Professionalization Construction——Based on Maslow’s Theory of Hierarchical Needs

高校辅导员队伍是开展大学生思想政治教育的主力军,承担着培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的重任。近年来,习近平总书记就全国高校思想政治工作发表了系列重要讲话,对在青年学生成长成才过程中发挥重要作用的辅导员队伍提出了新的要求。文章以马斯洛需要层次理论为基础,阐述了造成辅导员职业倦怠的成因;同时,结合需要层次理论,就如何加强辅导员职业化建设提出了几点思考。

College counselors are the main force of ideological and political education for college students,and bear the important task of cultivating qualified builders and successors of socialism. In recent years,general secretary Xi Jinpinghas delivered a series of important speeches on the ideological and political work in colleges and universities throughout the country,and has put forward new requirements for the counselors who play an important role in the growth and development of young students. Based on Maslow’s hierarchical needs theory,this paper analyzes the causes of counselors’ job burnout,and puts forward some thoughts on how to strengthen the construction of counselors’ professional construction on the basis of the hierarchical needs theory.
