The Local University Education on Creativity,Innovation and Entrepreneurship Based on Triple Helix Theory

三创人才培养过程中,高校并不是唯一的教育实施主体,企业和政府在三创教育中同样发挥着至关重要的作用。以三螺旋理论作为研究基础,明确该理论对三创教育的实用性,探究当前地方高校三创教育存在的问题,立足于三螺旋理论提出相应的对策和建议,即以高校为主体,引领人才培养;强化政府引导作用,提升各主体协同创新;以企业为动力,积极投身于三创教育,从而培养出符合社会发展需求的三创人才。

In the process of talent training on creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship,universities are not the only subject of education implementation. Enterprises and governments also play the important roles in the education on creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on Triple Helix Theory,this paper clarifies the practicability of the theory to this education,explores the problems existing in the current education on creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship in local universities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on Triple Helix Theory,which is to take universities as the main body,leading talent training,strengthening the guiding role of government to enhance the collaborative innovation of each main body,and taking enterprises as the driving force to actively participate in the education on creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore,talents with creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship can be cultivated in line with the needs of social development.
