摘要
高压旋喷桩加固是利用喷嘴将水泥浆喷至土层并与土体融合,形成搭接连续的水泥加固体,以增加地基的稳定性。具有振动小、施工占地少、噪音较低等优势。以某科创园区为例,研究了高压旋喷桩试桩选择及相关参数,通过对试桩参数选择、抽芯检验、静载承载力检测等方面进行分析,确定了高压旋喷桩具体的施工参数,为同类工程地基夯实施工提供了经验参考。
High pressure rotary jet grouting pile reinforcement is to use the nozzle to spray cement slurry into the soil layer and fuse with the soil to form continuous cement and solid,so as to increase the stability of the foundation.It has the advantages of small vibration,small construction area and low noise.Taking a Science and Technology Innovation Park as an example,this paper studies the selection of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile test pile and related parameters.Through the analysis of test pile parameter selection,core pulling test,static load bearing capacity detection and other aspects,the specific construction parameters of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile are determined,which provides reference experience for the foundation compaction construction of similar projects.
