数控机床系统的故障分析

摘要 数控机床在制造业中有着举足轻重的作用,数控机床在使用的过程中难免不出现故障。根据故障发生频率与机床使用时间的统计分析,将数控机床各部位常见故障进行划分。同时对数控系统常见故障进行研究,研究表明,采用故障问题分类法结合报警代码,遵循由外到内的顺序对故障原因进行分类和排除的可行性和有效性。对数控机床进行故障预防,提高故障排查能力,这对提高数控机床的生产效率,延长使用寿命具有参考意义。 CNC machine tools play an important role in the manufacturing industry.It is inevitable that CNC machine tools will fail in the process of using.According to the statistical analysis to the failure frequency and the using time of the machine tool,the common faults of each part of the CNC machine tool are divided.At the same time,the common faults of CNC system are studied.The results show that it is effective and feasible to classify the causes of faults by using fault classification method combining with alarm codes and following the order from outside to inside.It has guiding significance to prevent the faults of CNC machine tools,improve the ability of troubleshooting,and then improve the production efficiency of CNC machine tools and prolong the service life.
