摘要
乳化沥青厂拌冷再生技术具有施工简易、循环利用率高、使用性能良好等优点,在国省干线公路养护工程中应用颇多。主要从该再生技术的关键因素研究、材料设计、使用性能评估等多角度,深入分析其中养护工程中的应用,并通过增加最佳含水率验证过程,优化原设计流程。结果表明,再生混合料具有不低于同使用层位普通沥青混合料的性能,具有广阔的推广应用潜力。
Emulsified asphalt cold in-plant recycling technology has the advantages of construction convenience,energy conservation,high performance and so on,and it has been applied in highway maintenance projects.In this paper,the influence factors on emulsified asphalt mixture,mix design method and pavement performance were studied.The results show that the emulsified asphalt cold in-plant recycling mixture has the same pavement performance as hot mixture,and it also has a broad application prospect.
