活络祛痹贴膏的提取工艺研究

Study on Extraction Process of Compound Huoluo Qubi Emplastrum

目的:优选活络祛痹贴膏的最佳提取工艺。方法:选取溶媒浓度、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,以延胡索乙素含量为考察指标,采用正交试验设计法优选活络祛痹贴膏的最佳提取工艺。结果:确定最佳提取工艺条件为:加12倍量的70%乙醇,提取2次,每次2 h。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、可行,为活络祛痹贴膏质量控制研究奠定基础。

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of compound Huoluo Qubi emplastrum.Methods:The solvent concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time were selected as the factors,and the content of tetrahydropalmatine was used as the index.The orthogonal experimental design method was adopted to optimize the optimal extraction process of compound Huoluo Qubi emplastrum.Result:The optimum extraction process conditions were as follows:adding 12 times 70%ethanol,extracting 2 times,2 hours each time Conclusion:This optimized extraction process is stable and feasible,laying the foundation for the quality standards of compound Huoluo Qubi emplastrum.
