摘要
为提高优质职业教育资源的使用效率,新型职业农民及农民工扩招进入高职教育,培养目标明确为从"供给端"改革提升待就业人员职业技能水平,进而从根本上解决国家层面的就业难问题。职教扶贫实施SPOC"线上+线下"混合式培训教学符合职业教育的特点和需要。作为教师,在充分了解农民工认知情况下,根据农民工学习特点,在培训课程教学资源的建设上多以项目、案例、任务为主线,课程资源表现形式以图文、动画、微视频为主,充分调动农民工的学习兴趣,指导农民工在规定的时间范围内选择适合自身的方式进行学习,有助于学习目标的顺利达成。
In order to improve the use efficiency of high-quality vocational education resources,new-type professional farmers and migrant workers have expanded their enrollment into higher vocational education.The training goal is to improve the vocational skill level of the employees to be employed from the"supply end"reform,so as to fundamentally solve the employment problem at the national level.The implementation of SPOC"Online+offline"mixed training teaching conforms to the characteristics and needs of vocational education.Teachers should first fully understand the cognitive ability of migrant workers.Then,according to the learning characteristics of migrant workers,teachers should design more programs,cases and tasks as the main line in the setting of training course teaching resources.The course resources are mainly illustrated by pictures,animation and micro-video.This not only fully mobilizes the learning interest of migrant workers,but also guides them to choose a suitable way to study within a specified time limit.At the same time,it also contributes to the success of learning goals.
