摘要
文章在对国内外养老模式分析基础上,结合社会资本理论,从供给侧结构性改革角度,分宏观、中观、微观三个层次,对我国医养结合养老模式提出了建议:发挥宏观资本作用,为医养结合养老模式发展提供制度保障;发挥宏观、中观资本作用,调动社会各方积极性,加强部门间联系;发挥微观资本作用,加大媒体宣传,转变老年人思想观念。
Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign models of medical-nursing services for the aged,the paper,in combination with social capital theory,put forward the following suggestions for the model of medicalnursing services for the aged in China macro-,meso-and microscopically from the perspective of supply-side structural reform:giving play to the role of macro capital to provide institutional guarantee for the development of the model,giving play to the role of macro and meso-capital to arouse the initiative of all parties in the society and strengthen the inter-departmental cooperation,andgiving play to the role of microcapital to increase publicity and change the ideas of the elderly.
