非肿块型乳腺癌的影像学诊断进展

Advances in imaging diagnosis of non-mass breast cancer

乳腺癌按照形态可分为肿块型和非肿块型,非肿块型乳腺癌常因不具备典型的乳腺癌影像学特征,更易产生漏诊误诊。随着非肿块型乳腺癌筛查和诊断技术的不断提高,其诊断准确率也有所提高。本文对非肿块型乳腺癌的主要影像学诊断技术(超声检查、X线摄影、MRI乳腺影像技术)的表现及应用进行概述。

Breast cancer can be divided into mass type and non-mass type according to morphology.Non-mass breast cancer is more likely to be misdiagnosed because it does not have any typical imaging features.With the continuous improvement of screening and diagnostic techniques for non-mass breast cancer,the diagnostic accuracy of this kind of breast cancer has also been improved.This article summarizes the imaging manifestations and diagnostic applications of the main imaging examination techiques(ultrasound,X-ray,MRI)of non-mass breast cancer.
