摘要
介绍了国家标准《地址模型:GB/T 35639-2017》的编制背景,主要内容及与相关标准的关系。标准定义了地址的数据模型、数据结构、地址数据与外部数据的关联,适用于地址数据的编配、转换与操作。归纳了该标准的5个特点:具有先进性、适用性、一致性和可扩展性;地址的数据模型全部通过UML实现,方便地址数据编程。解决了部分已有标准未曾涉足或解决的问题,如邮箱地址、地块地址等不规范地址的地址模型定义,完善了地址类型及其建模方法。标准结构与国际标准ISO/DIS 19160-1兼容。地址数据通过与外部数据建立关联,可实现地址的增值应用。
This paper introduces the compiling background,main contents and the relationship with related standards of the National Standard"address model:Gb/t 35639-2017".The standard defines the address data model,the data structure,the address data and the external data association,suitable for the address data assignment,the transformation and the operation.This standard has five characteristics:it is advanced,applicable,consistent and expandable,and the data model of address is all implemented by UML,which is convenient for address data programming.It solves some problems which have not been dealt with by the existing standards,such as the address model definition of irregular address such as email address and block address,and perfects the address type and modeling method.Standard Structure Compatible with International Standard Iso/dis 19160-1.Address data can be used to add value by associating with external data.
