街景影像技术在监测新增违法建设中的应用研究

Research on Monitoring New Illegal Construction by Using Streetview Technology

对于城市建筑密集区域的违法建设,利用卫星遥感监测难以及时发现,迫切需要一种新的技术手段进行补充。街景影像监测技术可以实现对道路两侧、建筑密集区的新生违法建设从发现到拆除全过程、全方位的影像监测,有效遏制违法建设的发生。文章提出了基于街景影像技术监测新增违法建设的总体思路、技术流程和关键技术,并以此为依托开展北京市新增违法建设监测,为城市建筑密集区治理违法建设提出了可行的监测方法。

It is difficult to detect the illegal construction in the urban building intensive area by using satellite remote sensing monitoring.Streetview monitoring technology can realize the whole process and omni-directional image monitoring from the discovery to the demolition of the new illegal construction on both sides of the road and in the building intensive area,and effectively curb the occurrence of illegal construction.This paper puts forward the general idea,technical process and key technology of monitoring new illegal construction based on streetview technology,and carries out the monitoring of new illegal construction in Beijing based on this,and puts forward feasible monitoring methods for the governance of illegal construction in urban construction intensive areas.
