摘要
随着我国城市化速度的加快,以及中心城区内可开发空间的限制,城区建筑物数据的更新基本集中在立面变化的更新和维护。而这些中心城区建筑物的周边环境复杂、测量可用空间不足,不易使用传统测量或无人机倾斜摄影等方式进行相关测绘。针对这些建筑物测量的局限性以及相关城市管理部门对其立面数据的迫切需求,本文采用基于多基线-数字近景摄影测量方法,通过构建建筑物立面正射影像图,最终提取其数字线划图。实验证明,该方法可快速、有效地获取建筑物立面正射影像和数字线划图,为城市设计管理部门提供重要的数据支撑。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China and the limitation of the space available for development in the central urban area,the update of urban building data is basically focused on the renewal and maintenance of the facade changes.The surrounding environment of these central urban buildings is complex,and the available space for measurement is insufficient so that it is difficult to perform related surveying and mapping by using traditional surveying or tilting photography.Considering these limitations and the urgent need of facade data for relevant city management departments,this paper adopts a multi-baseline digital close range photogrammetry method to construct the building’s orthographic image and then extract its digital line graphic.Experiments shown that this method could quickly and efficiently obtain orthographic images and digital line graphs of building facades,providing important data support for urban design management departments.
