Plan Management of LNG Storage Tank Project under E+P+C Mode

根据上海市燃气发展“十二五”规划,为增加上海天然气应急储备能力,经市发改委核准,于2013年开始对五号沟LNG站实施二次扩建。基于LNG储罐工程的长期复杂性,如何在E+P+C模式下通过计划管理工作高效地串联设计、采购、施工这三大核心模块,以保证项目进度全程有效受控至关重要。

According to the"12th Five-Year Plan"of Shanghai Gas Development,the second expansion of Wuhaogou LNG Station was started with the approval of the Municipal development and Reform Commission to increase the capacity of Shanghai's natural gas emergency reserve in 2013.Based on the long-term complexity of LNG storage tank project,it is very important to effectively connect the three core blocks of design,procurement and construction through planning management under the E+P+C mode to ensure the effective control of the whole project schedule.
