Exploration and Practice of Gas Pipeline Grid Management

基于组织网格化管理理念,探索输气管道多极网格化安全管理模式。旨在发展一种基于空间网格化与管理网格化相融合的新型管道多级组织安全管理模式,针对浙江管理处,建立“条块结合”、“点、线、面”全覆盖、三个方面四个层次的输气管道多级网格化安全管理模式,从而实现浙江管理处管理资源的进一步优化和管理水平的进一步提升。

Based on the concept of organization grid management,the multi pole grid safety management mode of gas transmission pipeline is explored.This paper aims to develop a new multi-level pipeline organization safety management mode based on the integration of spatial grid and management grid.Aiming at Zhejiang management office,it establishes a multi-level grid safety management mode of gas transmission pipeline with"combination of sections","full coverage of point,line and area",three aspects and four levels,so as to further optimize the management resources and improve the management level of Zhejiang management office.
