摘要
基于现代医院管理制度下的医院文化建设背景,引入新制度经济学中的非正式制度理论,从传统文化、意识形态、伦理道德和价值观念4个维度解读医院文化建设,并据此提出相应的建议对策,即注重传承和发扬医院文化、增强意识形态工作凝聚力、强化医德医风建设以及用核心价值观提高医院团队意识。
Based on the hospital culture construction under the modern hospital management system,this study introduced the theory of informal institution in the new institutional economics,and analyzed the hospital culture construction from four dimensions including traditional culture,ideology,ethics and values.Accordingly,we put forward corresponding suggestion countermeasure,namely,paying attention to inheriting and developing hospital culture,enhancing cohesion of ideological work,strengthening the construction of medical ethics and hospital team awareness with the core values.
