摘要
工匠精神是一种执着专注、创新奋进的职业追求和价值取向。以常规管理高职生的载体为切入口,在梳理概念及育人载体价值的基础上,选取图书馆、公寓、班级的常规管理载体,从制度、环境、人员、文化的视角提出融入工匠精神的可行性路径,使学生在潜移默化的常规生活中逐步提升职业素养,规范职业行为,提高就业竞争力。
Craftsman spirit is a persistent,dedicated,innovative and struggling sort of professional pursuit and value orientation.Starting with the carriers of college students’routine life and on the basis of sorting out relevant notions on and the values of the educational carriers,this paper selects the school library,students’residential apartments and classes as the carriers of routine management and puts forward a feasible path of integrating the craftsman spirit into these communities in terms of system,environment,personnel and culture in hopes of gradually uplifting students’occupational qualities,disciplining their occupational conducts and enhancing their competitiveness in job market.
