摘要
钢结构具有重量轻、强度高、施工快等优点,广泛应用于建筑工程、市政工程和水利工程。但钢材本身不耐火,随着钢结构建筑的迅猛发展,火灾条件下钢结构的抗火性能研究变得越来越重要。以受火灾的钢梁为研究对象,采用ABAQUS有限元模拟分析了钢梁结构在火灾条件下的状态和抗火性能。深入分析了有防火措施和无防火措施条件下钢梁在线性火、标准火和参数火不同条件下的应力应变、温度和挠度及其影响因素,进一步提出了提升钢梁防火效果的建议。研究成果可为钢梁防火设计提供参考。
Steel structures are widely used in architecture engineering,municipal engineering and water conservancy project because of the advantages of light weight,high strength and fast construction.However,the material is not fire-resistant.With the rapid development of steel structure buildings,the research on fire resistance of steel structures under fire conditions has become increasingly important.Taking steel beam subjected to fire as the research object,and the state and its fire resistance performance are simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element.In the light of the cases of with and without fire prevention measures,the influential factors of stress-strain,temperature and deflection of steel beam under linear fire,standard fire and parameter fire are deeply analyzed and suggestions for improving the fire-proof effect of steel beam are put forward.The research results can provide reference for the fire-proof design of steel beam.
