摘要
采用异相化学反应方法,以半胱氨酸为修饰剂,在不同浓度反应体系、不同反应时间、不同pH下,制备发光性强、粒径可控、性能稳定的ZnS量子点,并通过荧光分光光度计对量子点进行荧光光谱分析,通过XRD对优化后的ZnS量子点进行粒径测定.结果表明,该方法制备的ZnS量子点的粒径为9 nm,其荧光性强、性能稳定.
Taking Cysteine as a modifier,the article is to prepare ZnS quantum dots with high luminescence,controlled particle sizeand stable performance at different reactant concentrations,different reaction times,and different pH levels with heterogeneous chemical reaction methods,and conduct fluorescence spectroscopy on ZnS quantum dots by fluorescence spectrophotometer.It also performs particle size determination of the optimized ZnS quantum dots by XRD.The results show that the ZnS quantum dots prepared by this method have a particle size of 9 nm,showing high fluorescence and stable performance.
