摘要
为了解决农村配电网存在的线损率高、无功电量消耗大的问题,在传统降损节能技术的基础上针对农村配电网进行优化设计。从低压、高压和中压3个方面监测农村配电网用电信息,并在此基础上分析农村配电网线损情况。结合当前的线损情况,计算实时线损数据,并分析产生线损以及影响线损的因素。综合影响因素分析结果,分别通过优化农村配电网网络结构与运行方式、配电变压器经济运行以及平衡三相负荷等步骤,实现对农村配电网的降损节能处理。通过应用实验得出结论:设计的降损节能技术能够有效降低农村配电网的线损率和无功电能消耗,与传统技术相比降损节能效果更加明显。
In order to solve the problems of high line loss rate and large reactive power consumption in rural distribution network,the optimization design of rural distribution network is carried out on the basis of traditional loss reduction and energy saving technology.The power consumption information of rural distribution network is monitored from three aspects of low voltage,high voltage and medium voltage.Combined with the current line loss situation,the real-time line loss data is calculated,and the factors causing line loss and infl uencing line loss are analyzed.Based on the analysis results of infl uencing factors,the loss reduction and energy-saving treatment of rural distribution network are realized by optimizing the network structure and operation mode of rural distribution network,economic operation of distribution transformer and balancing three-phase load.Through the application experiment,it is concluded that the designed loss reduction and energy saving technology can effectively reduce the line loss rate and reactive power consumption of rural distribution network,and the effect of loss reduction and energy saving is more obvious than the traditional technology.
