断路器控制回路断线智能诊断仪的研究与设计

摘要 断路器控制回路作为电力系统中保证断路器正常分合的重要环节,直接影响到电力系统的运行质量。一旦发生控制回路断线,要求技术人员全面分析故障成因并采取针对性处理措施,确保断路器能正常分合。本文通过对六盘水地区近几年控制回路断线缺陷及消缺情况进行分析,结合控制回路断线原理研究,设计出一种断路器控制回路断线智能诊断仪,能够有效帮助现场运行人员发现故障原因,并针对常见故障原因给出检修措施。 Circuit breaker control circuit as an important link in the power system to ensure the normal circuit breaker,directly affects the quality of power system operation.Once the control circuit is disconnected,technicians are required to fully analyze the cause of the fault and take corresponding measures to ensure that the circuit breaker can be opened and closed normally.In this paper,based on the analysis of the control circuit break defects and elimination in Liupanshui area in recent years,combined with the control circuit break principle research,the design of a circuit breaker control circuit break intelligent diagnostic instrument,effectively help the fi eld operators to fi nd fault causes,and based on the common fault causes given maintenance measures.
