继电保护检修与更新策略探讨

摘要 目前电力系统二次设备的检修主要采用事后检修和定期检修相结合的策略。这种检修策略存在“过剩维修”的问题,也耗费大量人力物力。目前继电保护更新策略还是以10~12年为一个周期或者是事故后进行更新,这种方法代价巨大,而收益并不明显。文章提出了检修策略应逐步过渡到状态检修与以可靠性为中心的检修相结合的检修策略的构想以及建立以可靠性为目标的状态检修体系的具体方法,优化了更新策略,延长了设备的最佳生命周期。 The method of Break Maintenance and Time Based Maintenance are prevailingly used in the maintenance of power system control and protection devices.This strategy is based on massive use of work force and material consumption while providing quite limited outcome.Device replacement strategy is based on a 10year-12 cycle or immediate replacement during incident tackling,which is also not economical in the two main factors mentioned above.This article argues the current strategy should transit to the strategy of condition based maintenance and reliability centreed maintenance.Details such as evaluation model and replacement strategy are proposed in this article which focused on the optimization of the work force using and the exbanding of device life span.
