通过对张北区域公司风电油品检测数据进行专业化的统计分析与预测建模,实现对风电机组大部件(齿轮箱)的故障预测。利用对油品检测中心风机用油获得的各类检测数据进行统计分析,以便得到更加合理的检测结论和建议措施,为风电场现场一线做好技术支持与故障预警工作。

Through the specialized statistical analysis and prediction modeling of wind power oil detection data of Zhangbei regional company,the fault prediction of wind turbine large components(Gearbox)is realized.The statistical analysis and data mining of various test data obtained by the oil product testing center through the detection of fan in use oil are used to obtain more reasonable detection conclusions and recommended measures,so as to do a good job of technical support and fault early warning for the fi rst line of wind farm.
