基于变电站的电力施工安全风险等级评估方法

摘要 近年来,随着国家经济的快速发展,城市化水平的快速提升,人民生活质量水平的逐步提高,逐步促进了我国电力行业中变电站建设的快速发展。在变电站电力施工的过程中,施工规模较大,人员较为复杂,增加了施工过程中的安全隐患,严重时会造成一系列的安全事故发生。因而,为了加强对变电站中电力施工的安全管理与控制,对当前变电站电力施工过程中的安全风险等级进行评估与管理。因此,对当前电力施工安全风险等级评估方法进行了全面综合地分析,并提出了对应的电力施工安全风险等级,同时还提出了在电力施工过程中如何提升安全风险等级的具体措施,从而实现对电力施工过程中的安全管理,促进电力行业的发展。 In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the rapid improvement of the level of urbanization,and the gradual improvement of the people’s quality of life,the rapid development of the construction of substations in my country’s power industry has been gradually promoted.In the process of substation power construction,the scale of construction is relatively large and the personnel are more complicated,which increases the potential safety hazards during the construction process.In severe cases,a series of safety accidents may occur.Therefore,in order to strengthen the safety management and control of the electric power construction in the substation,the current safety risk level in the electric power construction process of the substation is evaluated and managed.Therefore,the current power construction safety risk level assessment method is comprehensively analyzed,and the corresponding power construction safety risk level is proposed.At the same time,it also proposes specifi c measures on how to improve the safety risk level during the power construction process,so as to realize the Safety management in the power construction process promotes the development of the power industry.
