‘兴义矮脚鸡’与‘贵州矮脚黄鸡’杂交试验 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】为解决兴义矮脚鸡矮脚性状不能稳定遗传的问题.【方法】采用分子标记辅助选育技术,引入贵州矮脚黄鸡进行杂交,以期利用dw基因代替Cp基因.本研究测定并分析了兴义矮脚鸡、贵州矮脚黄鸡和杂交F1代的2个基因的基因型和不同周龄的胫长.【结果】杂交F1代鸡群中,ZDWZDW/ZDWW、ZDWZdw、ZdwW基因型频率分别为0.7757、0.1121、0.1121;(+/+)基因型频率和(Cp/+)基因型频率均为50%,鉴定出19只导入了dw基因又剔除了Cp基因的个体可用于F1代自交.【结论】研究结果表明利用分子标记辅助进行兴义矮脚鸡的杂交选育是可行的,本方法可缩短育种周期,节约育种成本和时间. 【Objective】In order to solve the problem of hereditary stability of short leg in Xingyi bantam.【Method】The molecular marker-assisted breeding technology was used to introduce Guizhou yellow chicken to replace Cp gene with dw gene through hybridization.The genotypes and tibial length of different week ages of Xingyi bantam,Guizhou Yellow chicken and their F1 hybrid were determined and analyzed.【Result】The genotype frequencies of ZDWZDW/ZDWW,ZDWZdw and ZdwW were 0.7757,0.1121 and 0.1121 respectively.In F1 hybrid chickens,the frequencies of(+/+)genotype and(Cp/+)genotype were both 50%.It was identified that 19 individuals with introduced dw gene and removed Cp gene could be used for F1 generation selfing.【Conclusion】It was feasible to use molecular markers to assist breeding of Xingyi bantam.This method could shorten breeding cycle and save breeding cost and time.
