基于绿色创新指数的安徽省产业自主创新对雾霾的影响研究

Impact of Industrial Independent Innovation on Haze in Anhui Province Based on Green Innovation Index

日益严峻的雾霾问题在不同程度上影响人们的健康与生活,因而近几年绿色发展理念备受关注。本文以2009-2018年安徽省16个地级市面板数据为样本,建立“绿色创新”评价指数,并利用EKC曲线假说与计量回归模型,对安徽省雾霾情况与产业自主创新进行实证研究。研究发现:2009-2018年期间皖北、皖中、皖南地区绿色创新水平呈上升趋势;能源强度与雾霾浓度之间具有明显的正相关;随着第三产业占比、人均GDP增大雾霾浓度减小;绿色创新水平对雾霾浓度的影响呈现倒“U”型。基于绿色发展理念,安徽省应继续加大科技体制机制改革力度,加快产业自主创新发展速度。本文在优化安徽省产业自主创新以及减少大气污染物排放方面提出启示。

The increasingly severe haze problem affects people's health and life at varying degrees,so in recent years,the concept of green development has attracted much attention.Based on the panel data of 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018,this paper establishes the"green innovation"evaluation index,and uses EKC curve hypothesis and econometric regression model to conduct empirical research on haze and industrial independent innovation in Anhui Province.The results show that:the level of green innovationin northern,central and southern Anhui is on the rise during the period from 2009 to 2018;energy intensity and fog There is a significant positive correlation between haze concentration;with the proportion of tertiary industry and the increase of GDP per capita,the haze concentration decreases;the impact of green innovation level on haze concentration presents an inverted"U"shape.Based on the concept of green development,Anhui Province should continue to strengthen the reform of science and technology system and mechanism,and speed up the development of industrial independent innovation.This paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the industrial independent innovation and reducing the emission of air pollutants in Anhui Province.
