基于SCCT本科生专业志趣提升的路径分析——以财经类专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 专业志趣的水平是影响本科生专业学习效果的重要因素之一。本研究基于SCCT理论,利用自编问卷调查了本科生专业兴趣、专业志向的水平,分析了本科生专业志趣水平的群体差异及影响因素,利用路径模型分析了本科生专业志趣的影响机制,本文认为父母支持对本科生的学习经验有显著影响,学习经验对自我效能有显著影响。自我效能通过专业兴趣和结果预期两个中介变量显著影响了专业志向,专业认知调节了专业兴趣和专业志向之间的关系。最后根据相应的路径分析结果,从家校联合,专业认知教育等方面提出了相关的建议。 The level of professional interest is one of the important factors that affect the learning effect of undergraduates.Based on the theory of SCCT,this study investigated the level of Undergraduates'major interests and ambitions,analyzed the group differences and influencing factors of Undergraduates'major interests,and analyzed the influencing mechanism of Undergraduates'professional interests by using path model.This paper holds that parental support has a significant impact on undergraduates'learning experience,and learning experience has a significant impact on self-efficacy.Self-efficacy has a significant impact on professional aspirations through two mediating variables:professional interest and outcome expectation.Professional cognition regulates the relationship between major interest and major ambitions.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of home-school combination,professional cognitive education according to the path analysis results.
