磁性固相萃取技术在兽药残留检测中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 兽药残留问题与食品安全和人体健康息息相关,建立灵敏可靠的检测方法对于保证食品安全有重要意义。样品前处理技术直接关系到检测方法的灵敏度和准确性,是检测过程中的一个重要环节。磁性固相萃取(MSPE)一般以铁矿物作为吸附剂的载体,表面用不同材料修饰后能够特异性吸附样品中的待测物。作为一种新发展起来的样品前处理技术,MSPE具有易于制备、成本低、操作简便、节省时间和人力、环境友好等优点,为兽药残留检测中样品前处理提供了新的思路。本文主要介绍了无机氧化物、分子印迹聚合物、特异性抗体、碳材料、离子液体等材料在MSPE中的研究进展及其在兽药检测中的应用。 Veterinary drug residues are closely related to food safety and human health.It is important to establish sensitive and reliable detection methods to ensure food safety.Sample pretreatment is directly related to the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection method,which is an important part of the detection process.Magnetic solid-phase extraction(MSPE)usually uses iron minerals as the carrier of adsorbent,and the surface modified with different materials can specifically adsorb the substance to be measured in the sample.As a newly developed sample pretreatment technology,MSPE has the advantages of easy to prepare,low cost,simple operation,saving time,manpower and environmental friendliness,which provides a new idea for sample pretreatment in veterinary drug residue detection.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of inorganic oxides,molecularly imprinted polymers,specific antibodies,carbon materials and ionic liquids in MSPE and their application in veterinary drug detection.
