橡胶籽油对脂多糖刺激蛋鸡产蛋性能、肠道形态和免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Rubber Seed Oil on Laying Performance,Intestinal Morphological Structure,and Immune Function in LPS-induced Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在研究橡胶籽油对脂多糖(LPS)刺激蛋鸡产蛋性能、肠道形态和免疫功能的影响。选用192只25周龄罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,橡胶籽油(RSO)组饲喂橡胶籽油日粮,LPS组和RSO+LPS组分别饲喂基础日粮和橡胶籽油日粮并攻毒LPS,试验期4周。结果表明:与对照组相比,LPS组蛋鸡产蛋率、总产蛋量和平均日采食量降低(P<0.05),血液白细胞数(WBC)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平提高(P<0.05),肝脏、脾脏和回肠Toll样受体4(TLR4)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和IL-6基因mRNA表达量升高(P<0.05),回肠绒毛高度降低、隐窝深度提高(P<0.05);与LPS组相比,RSO+LPS组蛋鸡产蛋率和平均日采食量升高(P<0.05),血液IgA、AST、IL-6和TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05),肝脏和脾脏IL-6、NF-κB、IL-1β和TLR4基因mRNA表达量降低(P<0.05),回肠IL-6、IL-1β和TLR4基因mRNA表达量降低(P<0.05),回肠绒毛高度提高、隐窝深度降低(P<0.05)。可见,日粮中添加橡胶籽油能够缓减蛋鸡LPS诱导的产蛋性能下降和肠道形态结构损伤,并通过TLR4/NF-κB信号通路抑制炎症相关基因表达,提高机体免疫能力。 An experiment was conducted to study the effect of rubber seed oil(RSO)on laying performance,intestinal morphological structure,and immune function in LPS-induced laying hens.One hundred and ninety-two 25-week-old Lohmann Brown laying hens were allotted to 4 groups,each containing 4 replicate pens with twelve birds per pen.The control group was fed a basic diet.The RSO group was fed a diet containing rubber seed oil.The LPS group and RSO+LPS group were fed basic diet and rubber seed oil diet with LPS injection,respectively.The test period was 4 weeks.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the LR,TEM,and ADFI of laying hens were significantly decreased,the levels of WBC,LYM,ALT,IgA,IL-6,and TNF-α in blood were significantly increased,the mRNA expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TLR4 and NF-κB genes in liver,spleen,and ileum were up-regulated significantly in LPS group(P<0.05).The villus height and crypt depth in ileum were worse in LPS group than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with the LPS group,the LR and ADFI of laying hens was improved,the levels of AST,IgA,IL-6,and TNF-α in blood were reduced,the mRNA expression levels of IL-6,NF-κB,IL-1β and TLR4 genes in liver and spleen were down-regulated significantly,and IL-6,IL-1β and TLR4 genes expression of the ileum were decreased significantly in RSO+LPS group(P<0.05).In addition,the villus height and crypt depth in ileum were better in RSO+LPS group than that in LPS group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary RSO supplementation could attenuate laying performance degradation and intestinal morphology damage,and it could inhibite the expression of inflammation-related genes to improve the organism immunity by TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in laying hens.
