军校生长干部学员网络素养存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures of military academy growth officer cadets’network literacy

为加强军校生长干部学员网络素养的培育,更有效地应对信息网络时代对思想政治教育带来的挑战与冲击,厘清了网络素养的基本内涵,分析了军校生长干部学员的网络素养现状,查找出部分学员存在有效利用网络信息的整体能力不强、对网络心理依赖程度偏高、信息辨识能力不足、道德法律意识薄弱和网络安全意识不强等问题,提出了坚持教育先行、引导学员科学识网,营造良好氛围、带动学员正确用网,加强网络管控、帮助学员依规上网的对策建议.

In order to strengthen the cultivation of the growth officer cadets’network literacy of the military academy and to more effectively address the challenge and impact the information network era has brought upon the ideological and political education,this article clarifies the basic connotation of network literacy and analyzes the current status of network literacy of the growth officer cadets,and then finds out that some students have problems such as poor overall ability to effectively use network information,slightly higher degree of psychological dependence on network,insufficient information identification ability,weak moral and legal awareness,weak awareness of network security and so on.Finally,the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions including giving priority to education to lead students in learning about the Internet scientifically,creating a good atmosphere to motivate students to use the Internet correctly and strengthening the management and control of network to help the cadets surf the Internet in compliance with regulations.
