Experience and strategy for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in primary hospitals during the outbreak of COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)疫情在我国及世界范围内蔓延,对人类健康构成严重威胁;根据其传播特点,临床实施内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)操作存在院内感染的极大风险。全文根据临床相关诊疗操作指导意见及方案结合院内实际情况,总结新冠肺炎防控期间开展ERCP的相关经验,与各位同道分享。

The spread of COVID-19 in China and worldwide has posed a serious threat to people’s health;according to the characteristics of its transmission,the clinical practice of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)has the possibility of transmission of nosocomial infection.According to the relevant clinical operation guidance and plan,and also combined with the actual situation in our institution,for the preventing and controlling of COVID-19 during ERCP,relevant experience and strategy are summarized for sharing the experience with fellow colleagues.
