上海市金山区小学生龋齿患病调查

Survey of dental caries in pupils in Jinshan District,Shanghai

目的:了解上海市金山区小学生龋齿患病情况,为开展小学生防龋工作提供依据。方法:收集了2017—2018学年金山区48522人次在校小学生口腔检查数据,其中男生25585人次,女生22937人次。按照性别、年龄等分层分析小学生的患龋率、龋均、龋齿充填率。结果:上海市金山区小学生总患龋率为51.63%,男生和女生的患龋率分别为51.71%和51.54%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。小学生的患龋率随年龄先增后减,9岁年龄组最大(60.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上海市金山区小学生的总龋均0.64,其中恒牙龋均0.10,乳牙龋均0.54,男生的恒牙龋均低于女性(0.09比0.12,P<0.05),乳牙龋均男生高于女生(0.55比0.53,P<0.05)。上海市金山区小学生的总充填率为24.18%,其中恒牙充填率44.30%、乳牙充填率20.43%,两者均随年龄增加而增长(P<0.05);男生总充填率低于女生(23.56%比24.96%,P<0.05)。结论:上海市金山区小学生患龋率较高,但严重度较低。总充填率和恒牙充填率较高,但乳牙充填率较低。应关口前移,加强低龄学生的龋病防控。

Objective:To understand the prevalence of caries among pupils in Jinshan District of Shanghai,and to provide basis for the prevention of caries among pupils.Methods:The oral examination data of 48522 pupils in Jinshan District from 2017 to 2018 school year were collected,and the boys had 25585 person times and the girls had 22937 person times.The caries prevalence,average caries,and caries filling rate of pupils were analyzed hierarchically according to gender,age and others.Results:The overall prevalence of dental caries in pupils in Jinshan District,Shanghai was 51.63%,the caries prevalence rates in the boys and girls were 51.71%and 51.54%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The prevalence of dental caries in pupils increased first and then decreased with age,the highest rate was at 9 years old(60.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total caries in pupils in Jinshan District of Shanghai were 0.64,of which the caries of permanent teeth were 0.10,the caries of primary teeth were 0.54,the caries of permanent teeth in boys were lower than those in girls(0.09 vs.0.12,P<0.05),and the caries of deciduous teeth were higher in the boys than in the girls(0.55 vs.0.53,P<0.05);the total filling rate was 24.18%,including 44.30%for permanent teeth and 20.43%for primary teeth,and both of which increased with age(P<0.05);the total filling rate in boys was lower than that in girls(23.56%vs.24.96%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of dental caries among pupils in Jinshan District,Shanghai is higher,but the severity is lower.The total filling rate and the filling rate of permanent teeth are higher,but the filling rate of deciduous teeth is lower.The checkpoint should be moved forward to strengthen the prevention and control of dental caries among young students.
