一种船舶电力推进的模拟四象限负载设计

摘要 在模拟螺旋桨系统中,大部分模拟系统采用直流电机作为负载,这种方式的最大优点是直流电机转矩调节方便,但同时也存在缺陷,比如,负载电机发出的电能难以再利用,造成能量浪费,同时也无法实现大功率的模拟。针对此问题,本文介绍了一种采用永磁同步电机做模拟电机的四象限负载,它能够满足大功率和能量回馈的实验要求,避免了长期试验所产生的大量能量浪费,可以节省模拟实验平台运行的成本。 In the most propeller-simulated system,DC motors are taken as loads.Although there is an important advantage of the torque of DC motor being conveniently regulated,but also drawbacks exsist.For example,it is difficult for the electric energy generated by the load motors to be reused,resulting in energy waste.Meanwhile,high-power simulation can’t be achieved.To resolve this problem,a permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to simulate the four-quadrant propeller load in this study,which can meet the requirements of high power and energy feedback,avoid energy waste during long lasting experiments,and save the operation cost of the simulation experiment platform.
