计及温度影响的靴轨系统动力学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 当环境温度变化时,接触轨内部会产生巨大的温度应力,严重时将导致绝缘支架破坏甚至断裂。为研究温度应力作用下靴轨振动特性,建立靴轨系统有限元模型,通过施加不同的温度载荷,研究不同温度场中的集电靴-接触轨动态性能。采用梁单元模拟接触轨,采用弹簧单元模拟绝缘支架等支撑结构,集电靴和接触轨模型之间通过罚函数法实现耦合,完成靴轨系统的整体动态仿真。研究结果表明:在绝缘支架卡死的情况下,随着接触轨温度的升高,接触轨挠度逐渐增大;随着接触轨温度的降低,接触轨挠度逐渐减小;当温度变化大于等于20℃时,支架反力会使绝缘支架发生破坏;随着绝缘支架破坏程度的增加,靴轨动态受流质量也越差。 When the ambient temperature changes,huge temperature stress will be generated inside the contact rail,which will lead to the damage or even fracture of the insulation support.In order to study the vibration characteristics of collector shoe-contact rail system under temperature stress,the finite element model of collector shoe-contact rail system is established,and the dynamic performance of collector shoe-contact rail in different temperature fields is studied by applying different temperature loads.The beam element is used to simulate the contact rail,and the spring element is used to simulate the supporting structure such as insulating support.The coupling between the collector shoe and the contact rail model is realized by penalty function method to complete the overall dynamic simulation of the collector shoe-contact rail system.With the decrease of contact rail temperature,the deflection of contact rail decreases gradually;when the temperature change is greater than or equal to 20℃,the support reaction force will damage the insulation support;with the increase of the damage degree of the insulation support,the dynamic current collection quality of the collector shoe-contact rail system is worse too.
