摘要
受电弓振动试验是研究弓网系统理论和提高弓网系统性能必不可少的环节。本文归纳与总结受电弓振动试验在受电弓动态特性、受电弓主动控制、弓网动态仿真、校验弓网动态测试系统等4个方面的研究现状,得出以下结论:在受电弓动态特性分析上,受电弓振动试验需要兼顾不同型号受电弓的需求,还需进一步改进实现加速寿命试验;利用硬件在环的受电弓振动试验,可进行弓网动态仿真,但仿真效果需经弓网动态测量确认;受电弓主动控制研究需利用硬件在环的受电弓振动试验实现实验室原型设计;经受电弓振动试验确认后的弓网接触力测量系统方可应用于线路测试中,以评估弓网运行状态。
The pantograph vibration test is an essential link for the theory research and performance improvement of the pantograph-catenary system.This paper summarizes the research status of pantograph vibration test in four aspects:dynamic characteristics of pantograph,active control of pantograph,dynamic simulation of pantograph and catenary,and calibration of pantograph-catenary dynamic test system;on the basis of analyzing of pantograph-catenary dynamic characteristics,it is required to take into account of the requirements of different types of pantographs and further improvement and realization of the accelerated life test for the pantograph vibration test;the pantograph vibration test with the hardware-in-the loop may simulate the pantograph-catenary simulation,but the simulation results are required to be confirmed through pantograph-catenary dynamic measurement;pantograph active control research requires to use the hardware-in-the-loop pantograph vibration test to realize the laboratory prototype design;after being confirmed by vibration test,the contact force measurement system can be applied to the line test and assessed the status of the system.
