中国-格陵兰经济合作与“冰上丝绸之路”建设

A Study on Economic Cooperation between China and Greenland and Construction of the"Ice Silk Road"

随着全球变暖、气温升高和北冰洋地区的加速暖化,北极地区成为了各国政治博弈的新场域。2017年,中俄两国共同把北极航道开发提升至打造“冰上丝绸之路”层次。格陵兰岛作为位于北极地区的世界第一大岛,资源丰富、战略地位重要。中国与格陵兰岛在“冰上丝绸之路”上有条件实现互惠互利,双方合作前景广阔。未来,为实现以格陵兰岛为战略支点的“冰上丝绸之路”畅想,我国应从合作各方的实际利益出发,增强与北冰洋地区国家的战略互信,维护和改善中国的北极形象,推进合作,实现最大化的利益。

With global warming,rising temperature and accelerating warming in the Arctic Ocean,the Arctic has become a new field for political competition among countries.China and Russia proposed to jointly develop the arctic shipping route and build the"Ice Silk Road"in 2017.As the world's largest island in the arctic region,Greenland is of great significance in the"Ice Silk Road"construction.China and Greenland can achieve mutual benefits on the"Ice Silk Road"and enjoy broad prospects for cooperation.In order to realize the"Ice Silk Road"with Greenland as the strategic fulcrum,our country should proceed from the actual interests of all parties involved in cooperation,enhance strategic mutual trust with countries in the Arctic Ocean,maintain and improve China's image,promote cooperation and maximize benefits.
