摘要
大宗散货在带式输送机运输与称量过程中,散货与皮带间的冲击动载效应是影响系统运行平稳性与物料称量准确度的主要原因,明确落料与平带之间的冲击载荷的关系是计量系统精度补偿的关键。以整体式带式输送机和散货落料为研究对象,建立了散状物料冲击模型及输送带振动模型,并依据离散单元方法建立了整体式带式输送机的DEM仿真模型,通过引进冲击系数,分析了冲击载荷与冲击高度之间的关系并对数据结果进行非线性拟合,提出了一种有效可行的冲击系数补偿方法,为带式输送机可靠输送及快速准确称量提供了新的理论依据。
In the process of bulk cargo transportation and weighing on the belt conveyor,the impact dynamic load effect between the bulk cargo and the belt is the main reason that affects the stability of the system and the accuracy of material weighing.Clarifying the relationship of the impact load between the blanking material and the flat belt is the key to the accuracy compensation of the metering system.Taking the integral belt conveyor and bulk cargo blanking as the research objects,the impact model of the bulk material and the vibration model of the belt conveyor are established,and based on the discrete element method,a DEM simulation model of the integral belt conveyor is established.Through the introduction of impact coefficient,the relationship between impact load and impact height is analyzed and the data results are nonlinearly fitted.The effective and feasible impact coefficient compensation method is proposed,which provides a new theoretical basis for reliable transportation and fast and accurate weighing of belt conveyor.
