皮带机转接漏斗结构改造

Structural Transformation of Transfer Funnel of Belt Conveyor

针对皮带机转接漏斗走料不畅,造成漏斗堵料、皮带跑偏、物料洒漏等故障频发等问题,分析其原因,采用新型缓冲叉、加装引流板、优化托辊架结构和布局等方法对漏斗结构进行技术改造,提高皮带机运行的稳定性,延长设备使用寿命,提升清洁生产水平。

Aiming at the problems of frequent failures such as hopper blocking,belt deviation and material leakage caused by poor feeding of transfer funnel of belt conveyor,the causes are analyzed in this paper.Through adopting new buffer fork,installing guide plate,optimizing the structure and layout of idler frame,the technical transformation on the funnel structure is carried out,the stability of belt conveyor operation is enhanced,the service life of equipment is extended,and the level of cleaner production is improved.
