摘要
悬链斗卸船机的臂架靠钢丝绳悬挂在门架上,臂架设计的悬挂吊点位置及臂架车轮安装距的设计对整机至关重要,其设计的合理性直接影响整机的安全及工作性能。为此,对悬链斗卸船机的臂架吊挂点位置及臂架车轮组安装距进行优化设计,提出一种新型的设计计算方法,可为此种机型的后续优化设计提供参考。
The boom of the hanging-chain bucket ship unloader is suspended on the mast by wire ropes.The design of the suspension point and the installation distance of the boom wheels are very important to the whole machine.The rationality of its design directly affects the safety and performance of the whole machine.For this reason,the position of the boom suspension point of the hanging-chain bucket ship unloader and the installation distance of the boom wheel set are optimized,and a new design calculation method is proposed,which can provide reference for the subsequent optimization design of this model.
