摘要
为提高大型干散货码头作业效率,减少能源消耗,基于湖北荆州煤炭铁水联运储配基地一期工程,提出了一种采用网络流理论求解干散货码头最优流程组合的方法。综合考虑实际干散货码头作业需求,设计了4种作业任务进行实验分析,并将实验结果与人工选择结果进行对比分析。结果显示,对于流程复杂度和平行皮带机差异度较大的作业任务,该算法可降低人工作业工作量,得到的流程组合在提升码头吞吐速度和降低整体电能消耗方面都有明显的优势。该研究结果可为码头智能化改造提供参考。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of large dry bulk terminal and reduce energy consumption,a method of using network flow theory to find the optimal process combination of dry bulk terminal is proposed based on the first phase of the coal and iron-water combined transportation storage and distribution base in Jingzhou Hubei.Comprehensively considering the actual dry bulk terminal operation requirements,four types of operation tasks are designed for experimental analysis,and the experimental results are compared with the manual selection results.The results show that for tasks with large differences in process complexity and parallel belt conveyor,the algorithm can reduce manual operations,and the resulting process combination has obvious advantages in improving terminal throughput and reducing overall power consumption.This research result can provide a reference for the intelligent transformation of the terminal.
