摘要 为了解决矿用通风机叶尖间隙在线动态监测的问题,本文提出了一种基于光学非接触测量技术的通风机叶尖间隙动态测量方法,并详细讨论了测量的原理、总体方案和优化方法。系统采用LS-100CN激光轮廓测量传感器,在线动态采集叶尖间隙几何信息,然后通过轮廓提取、数据处理与分析等技术实现叶尖间隙的高精度动态测量。研究结果表明,该方法具有非接触、高动态响应等特点,很好地解决了通风机运行状态下叶尖间隙的动态监测与预警难题,为现场叶尖间隙实时在线监测提供了有效的技术解决方案。 In order to solve the problem of on-line dynamic monitoring of tip clearance of mine ventilator,a dynamic measuring method of tip clearance based on optical non-contact measurement technology is proposed in this study,and the principle,overall scheme and optimization method of measurement are discussed in detail.The geometric information of tip clearance is dynamically collected on-line by a laser profile measurement sensor of LS-100CN,and the high-precision dynamic measurement of tip clearance is achieved by technologies of contour extraction,data processing and analysis.The results show that the method presented in this study has the characteristics of non-contact,high precision and fast dynamic response,and it can solve the problem of dynamic measurement of tip clearance under ventilator operation commendably.It provides an effective technical solution for the real-time on-line monitoring of tip clearance.
