摘要
本文针对小城镇快速发展产生的热源需求与传统污染热源受限的矛盾,以邯郸邱县为例,分析了该县城化肥厂冷却水余热、城市污水余热、秸秆发电厂冷却水余热资源,研究设计了采用热泵技术、余热锅炉等技术的锅炉热源替代方案。该方案研究为解决当前小城镇供热热源紧张,传统燃煤锅炉污染治理困难的难题,为传统燃煤锅炉热源替代提供了新的技术方向,为实现小城镇节能减排、环境保护提供了新的思路。
Aiming at solving the contradiction between the heat source demand generated by the rapid development and the limitation of traditional pollution heat source in small towns,this paper takes Qiuxian County in Handan as an example,this paper analyzes the waste heat of cooling water of the fertilizer plant,the waste heat of urban sewage,and the waste heat of the cooling water of the fertilizer plant,the waste heat of urban sewage,and the waste heat of the cooling water of the straw power plant in Qiuxian County.A boiler heat source alternative using heat pump technology and waste heat boiler technology is adopted.This study provides a new technical direction for solving the current shortage of heating sources and pollution control difficulties of traditional coal-fired boilers,and puts forward a new idea for realizing energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection in small towns.
