摘要
针对当前石油化工行业危险化学品事故频发的状况,整理了国内外行业现状以及发展趋势的相关资料。为了提升危险化学品企业的风险预警能力,进行了企业风险监测预警设计以及总部集团风险监测预警设计,形成了危险化学品安全生产风险监测预警整体解决方案,建立了危险化学品风险监测预警云平台,实现了数据共享,减少了成本投入,取得了良好的试点应用效果。
In view of the current frequent occurrence of hazardous chemical accidents in the petrochemical industry,the status quo and development trends of domestic and foreign industries are sorted out.Focusing on improving the risk early warning capabilities of hazardous chemical companies,we conducted business research at the corporate and headquarters group levels,formed an overall solution for hazardous chemical product safety production risk monitoring and early warning,and established hazardous chemical product risks.The monitoring and early warning cloud platform has realized data sharing,reduced cost input,and achieved good pilot application effects.
