湖南省深度贫困县精准健康扶贫对策研究

Research on Well - Targeted Health Poverty Alleviation Countermeasures of Deep Poverty Counties in Hunan Province

健康扶贫工作组深入贫困村进行送医、送药、开展义诊活动,对湖南省深度贫困的11个县的11个村的1200名村民的健康意识与健康状况随机抽样调查,同时进行健康知识与态度问卷调查和身体健康检查。调查结果显示,高血压、高血糖、高血脂的异常率高于全国平均水平,知晓率和控制率低,“三高”问题将成为湖南省深度贫困县精准健康扶贫领域的重要公共卫生问题。要针对贫困县村民的健康危险因素,加大健康教育力度与健康扶贫政策扶持。

The health poverty alleviation working group went deep into poverty-stricken villages to send doctors and medicines to carry out free clinic activities.The health awareness and health status of 1200 villagers in 11 villages of 11 counties in Hunan Province were randomly sampled,and health knowledge and attitude questionnaire survey and physical health examination were conducted.The results show that the abnormal rates of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia are higher than the national average level,and the awareness rate and control rate are low.The"three hypers"problem will become an important public health problem in the field of well-targeted health poverty alleviation in deep poverty-stricken counties of Hunan Province.In view of the health risk factors of villagers in poor counties,health education and health poverty alleviation policy support should be strengthened.
