摘要 针对目前移栽树木防风装置无法稳定固定树干的问题,在TRIZ理论的基础上,运用系统组件分析获得了系统中存在的主要问题,运用资源分析获得了系统组件资源,再运用因果分析明确了系统组件的主要问题;通过构建矛盾矩阵表,应用通用技术参数、发明原理、分离原理,进行了技术矛盾分析和物理矛盾分析;运用物场分析,通过参考76个标准解,得到了多种解决方案;通过对得到的多种解决方案进行可行性评价和技术评估,将方案进行整合,获得了移栽树木防风装置改进设计的最佳方案。 Aiming at the problem that the windbreak device of transplanted trees can not fix the trunk stably,based on TRIZ theory,the main problems in the system are obtained by using system component analysis,and the system component resources are obtained by using resource analysis,and the main problems of system components are clarified by causal analysis;By constructing the contradiction matrix table,the general technical parameters,invention principles and separation principle are applied,and the technical contradiction and physical contradiction are analyzed.By using physical field analysis and referring to 76 standard solutions,a variety of solutions are obtained.Through the feasibility evaluation and technical evaluation of various solutions obtained,by scheme combination,the best scheme for improved design of transplanted tree windbreak device is obtained.
