桂花果实不同部位化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Activities of Different Parts of Osmanthus Fragrans Fruits

以桂花果实为研究对象,本文从桂花果皮、桂花果肉、桂花籽以及桂花全果4个方面对其化学成分及药理活性进行综述,指出现有研究表明桂花果实含有色素、多酚、油脂、挥发油、黄酮等多种活性化学成分,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗抑郁等活性,可为桂花果实的开发利用提供理论依据。

Taking Osmanthus fragrans fruits as the research object,this paper reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Osmanthus fragrans fruit from four aspects:exocarp,pulp,seed and whole fruit.It is pointed out that Osmanthus fragrans fruits contain pigment,polyphenol,oil,volatile oil,flavone and other active chemical constituents,which has antioxidant,bacteriostatic and antidepressant activities.The review can provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Osmanthus fragrans fruits.
