基于技能大师工作室的精英工匠培养模式探讨

Discussion on Cultivation Mode of Elite Craftsmen Based on Skilled Master Studio

本文结合当下我国人才培养的现状,分析了技能型精英人才培养的特殊性,从而指出了基于技能大师工作室的精英工匠人才培养的可行性价值,并从构建人才培养模式、教学过程融入工匠精神、营造良好学习氛围、发挥榜样示范作用等方面提出了提高该模式下精英工匠培养效果的相关策略。

Combining with the current situation of talent cultivation in China,this paper analyzes the particularity of skilled elite talent cultivation,points out the feasibility value of elite craftsmen talent cultivation based on skilled master studio,and puts forward relevant strategies to improve the cultivation effect of elite craftsmen under this mode from the aspects of constructing talent cultivation mode,integrating craftsman spirit into teaching process,creating a good learning atmosphere,playing an exemplary role and so on.
