摘要
当今中国师范大学的师德教育现状呈现非体系化状态,这样的师德培养难以满足当今社会对师范生师德规范的要求。基于现状,从教育方式、教育资源、教育模式、课程设置及教育者和被教育者等多方面进行研究、完善和创新,以达到师范生师德教育呈现出体系化、规范化的目标。
The current status of teachers'morality education in China's normal universities is showing a non-systematic state.It is difficult for such teachers'morality training to meet the requirements of today's society for the standards of teachers'morality of normal school students.Based on the status quo,research,improvement and innovation from various aspects such as education methods,education resources,education modes,curriculum settings and educators and educated persons,in order to achieve the goal of systematization and standardization of teachers'morality education for normal school students.
