谈“三需引领三元融合”下的“三教”改革——以高职测绘专业为例

目前我国已进入数字经济、智慧职教的新时代。企业对新“匠人型”人才的需求、院校对教师能力的需求、智慧职教对智能立体化教学资源的需求正在引领着高职教育改革的方向。针对高职测绘专业,辽宁地质工程职业学院以上述“三需”为引领,创新、扩容产教融合,构建专业、企业、“双创”三元融合平台,开展了高职测绘专业“三教”改革,以培养出符合企业要求、“来之即用”的新时代高素质技术技能型人才。

At present,our country has entered a new era of digital economy and wisdom vocational education.The demand from enterprises for new"craftsman"type talent,the demand from colleges and universities for teachers'ability,and the demand from wisdom vocational education for intelligent three-dimensional teaching resources are leading the direction of higher vocational education reform.Focusing on higher vocational surveying and mapping specialty,guided by the three needs,Liaoning Geology Engineering Vocational College innovates industry and education integration,establishes the platform of the specialty,enterprises and innovation and entrepreneurship,and conducts the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods of surveying and mapping specialty to cultivate the quality skilled talent for enterprises.
