我国高等学校是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的主阵地,而国家开放大学法学教学肩负着培养“德法兼修”的优秀法律人才以及普法教育的职责,必须以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为指针,查找在“四个相统一”方面存在的问题及其根源,确定课程思政的目标和实施途径,为实现思想政治教育在法学教学中的全覆盖创造条件。

China's institutions of higher learning are the main position to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism,while the law teaching of National Open University is responsible for cultivating excellent talent with morality and law and law popularization education.The teaching must be guided by Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Colleges and Universities,seeking problems and their root causes in"four unities",determining the goals and implementing ways of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,and creating conditions to achieve a complete coverage of ideological and political education in the teaching of law.
