利用重大事件加强大学生思想政治教育初探

Employing Significant Events to Strengthen the Ideological and Political Education of College Students

通过对重大事件特别是重大突发事件的分析,论述了高校紧扣重大事件开展思想政治教育的重要意义。一是引导大学生认识到中国共产党领导地位是历史的选择,中国人民的选择;二是为大学生就当前社会热点问题解疑释惑;三是反击敌对势力造谣中伤和争取青年一代;四是培养当代大学生健全人格。当前高校利用重大事件开展思想政治教育面临的问题是不敢讲、不会讲、不愿讲,必须抓好重大事件契机加强高校大学生思想政治教育工作,有所准备集中讲,提前培训计划讲,结合实际现身讲,古今中外对比讲。

This paper discusses the significance of carrying out ideological and political education in colleges and universities closely following significant events through the analysis of significant events. First, it is necessary to demonstrate the historical inevitability of the leadership position of the Communist Party of China. The second is the need to explain difficult points about current social hot issues for college students. The third is the need to counter the hostile forces slandering and strive for the younger generation;the fourth is the need to cultivate the sound personality of contemporary college students. At present, colleges and universities dare not, cannot or do not want to talk about significant events. We must take the opportunity of significant events to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. We must make preparations and concentrate on teaching, teach with plans and training in advance, teach in combination with the actual situation, and teach in comparison between ancient and modern, China and foreign countries.
